Here is how to follow your Pawqello order from checkout to your door.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If your order ships in more than one package, you will receive tracking details for each one.
2. View your order status online
You can also see the status of your order at any time by signing in to your account with the email address you used at checkout, or by opening the order status link in your order confirmation email.
Good to know
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, so tracking may not appear straight away.
- Tracking information can take a few days to update after dispatch.
- Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or you have a question about your order, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
